Yoga & Mindful Learning Groups

All yoga & mindful learning groups are inclusive and designed to meet the needs of ALL types of learners and movers. Consistent routines, visual supports, and small class size ensure that all children are supported, engaged, and successful. Children practice strategies to find peace, confidence, and calm their bodies and minds through physical yoga postures, breathing exercises, sensory play, art, and music.

Yoga & Mindful Learning groups include:

Toddler/Grown-up (strong walkers-age 3)

Children (recommended ages 4-12)

Zen Girls (recommended for girls ages 8-12)

Zen Boys (recommended for boys ages 8-12)

Mindful Homework Club (recommended for 1st-8th graders)
